“My name is Letizia, and I am a Certified Wellness Coach, Mindfulness Practitioner and CBT therapist based in London. Years ago, after experiencing a lack of direction and purpose, I decided to radically change my life and learn what would have created a sense of wellness in all areas of my life. Therefore, I started to study self-discipline, emotional regulation, the impact of physical movement on the brain, and ultimately, how to help people experiencing similar difficulties. I completed a Personal-development coaching accredited course, a Psychology degree, and two post-degrees in CBT therapy. I also worked for years in the mental health field in the NHS.
My unique holistic approach comes from my overall personal and professional experience as a therapist and coach, which allowed me to live a life based on my highest values and in alignment with my ideal wellness vision.
My objective is to bring clarity, direction, and positive support to my clients as I help them live their best lives by filling the gap between where they are now and where they want to be. With my support, clients reach their highest goals and dreams by identifying where growth is desired, setting goals, and holding accountability.

What is Personal Development Coaching?
Coaching is a solution-focused approach to personal development aimed at helping people make positive and lasting changes in their lives. Three keywords to describe what a coach provides are Guidance, Empowerment and Improvement.
Does Personal Development coaching work?
The increasing number of people turning to coaches proves its efficacy. For instance, with my clients, we agree strategies to achieve goals and solve problems. We build a designed alliance where challenges and obstacles are faced together. However, as a coach, I believe that each one of us has the answers, concealed or hidden inside. All I do is help you find them!
Can I benefit from it?
Anyone can benefit from it. Those that are stuck in a rut can come back clearer about reaching new goals, and those who are already successful may achieve even more. A coach enables you to achieve and learn faster than what you would be able to on your own.
What I do ..
I provide Transformational coaching on the basis of Cognitive Behavioural approaches, Mindfulness and Self-love teachings.
Personal transformation is a dynamic, unique and individual process of expanding consciousness whereby individuals
become critically aware of old and new self-views and choose to integrate these views into a self-definition.
CBT therapy is a change-focused approach that provides tools to address stress, anxiety and depression symptoms. It is an evidence-based model that enables to challenge negative thinking habits and improves the overall life quality.
Self-love practices teach that self-love means having a high regard for your own wellbeing and happiness. Taking care of your needs and not sacrificing your own well-being to please others. Not setting for less than you deserve.
With this multi-approach to well-being and change, I provide a unique transformational method and experience.
